To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 804-200-4054 at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or use our online scheduling app.
New Patients: please plan on at least 75-90 minutes for your first appointment, to allow us to have adequate time to give you an orientation to the clinic, conduct your intake interview, insert needles, and allow for 30-45 minutes for treatment, and then check in with you before you leave.
We do require that you fill out a health history and intake form. When you book online, you'll receive an email with a link to fill out the online form in advance. If there is any reason you cannot fill the form out online, please call us right away so that we can work with you in advance of your appointment.
Returning Patients: We allow up to an hour on our schedule for your treatment time, but you don't have to stay quite that long. For the best results, please plan to have your treatment last at least 30 minutes, and allow time for administrative tasks such as scheduling your next appointment, paying for your appointment, and even a short trip to the restroom.
