No proof of income or insurance necessary. Our payment policies can be found here. We do charge for missed appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, and you can easily pay for your missed appointment online.
Note: we are not subsidized nor do we receive grants or other aid. We do not accept health insurance (although you can use your FSA or HSA to pay for your treatment). Our prices are affordable as part of our business model. We support ourselves completely through the payments we receive for your treatments.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 804-200-4054 at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or use our online scheduling program.
New Patients: please plan on at least 90 minutes for your first appointment, to allow us to have adequate time to give you an orientation to the clinic, conduct your intake interview, insert needles, and allow for 30-45 minutes for treatment, and then check in with you before you leave.
Please arrive 20 minutes in advance of your treatment time to fill out your paperwork if you cannot fill it out in advance (forms are available to print: click here to download them!).
Returning Patients: We allow up to an hour for your treatment time, but you don't have to stay quite that long. Just let us know what you need. We think that at least 30 minutes is effective, but some people need a little more time than that if they don't get much downtime otherwise.
