To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 804-200-4054 at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or use our online scheduling program.
New Patients: please plan on at least 90 minutes for your first appointment, to allow us to have adequate time to give you an orientation to the clinic, conduct your intake interview, insert needles, and allow for 30-45 minutes for treatment, and then check in with you before you leave.
Please arrive 20 minutes in advance of your treatment time to fill out your paperwork if you cannot fill it out in advance (forms are available to print from our New Patient Checklist).
Returning Patients: Please plan on your treatment taking an hour. We can take the needles out after 30 minutes if you would like, but we may not be able to get you in and out in 30 minutes depending on how busy we are and how much attention you need prior to our beginning your treatment.
